What do I need to sign up?
All you need are your basic business and contact details, and any relevant license documents. Your application will be reviewed, with approvals usually taking 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll be able to sell your seafood products to the global buyers on ShoreTrade.
Does it cost anything to sell on ShoreTrade?
All account fees have been consolidated into a single simple transaction fee of 7% for each sale you make.
How do I add listings and can I make changes to them?
Adding a listing is a seamless process that you can do per product or via a bulk upload. Once listed, changes can be easily made and will be instantly reflected to buyers.
When do I get paid for my sales?
Sale proceeds are deposited directly into your nominated Australian bank account 24 hours after the safe and fit delivery of the goods.
How will I know if I have a new sale?
With our real-time notifications, you can opt in to be notified for every new sale you receive. There are many optional notifications that can help you automate your business.
How does delivery work?
ShoreTrade has an integrated end-to-end cold chain logistics system. All you need to do is confirm the weights of the products in your orders, and let us know they’re ready to be shipped by pressing a button. We’ll organise the logistics, inform you of the pick up date and time, and ensure your products are delivered to buyers fresh and on time.
Can I have multiple team members on my account?
You can add Assistants and Fishermen to your Seller account. They’ll have separate logins and different permissions to you, but you can read up on the specifics from within your approved Seller account.
